Can I choose the color of my LED down lights?


Can I bring my own food?

Outside food can only be brought in if it is brought in by an outside caterer. The caterer must be licensed and insured. The caterer must supply proper documentation to Riverside Center 2 weeks prior to your event. There is an outside catering fee of $550. The caterer is also responsible for waitstaff, china, cutlery, glassware, chaffing dishes and serving utensils. You also have the option of renting the china, cutlery, glassware, chaffing dishes and serving utensils from Riverside Center at an additional cost.

Can I bring my own alcohol?

The only alcohol outside alcohol that can be brought in is wine. There is a $12 corkage fee per bottle bought in. There is a $400 fee charged to the client’s credit card per bottle, can, or cup of alcohol brought in from outside.

What is the lasted time I can have my event at Riverside Center?

The lasted you can have your event is until 1:00 am.

How many hours is my rental?

If you choose our wedding package. You have Concerto for 1 hour for your ceremony. You will have Rhapsody for 4 hours for your reception. If you do not choose a package the total hours per room rental is 4 hours.

Can I extend our event longer than 4 hours?

Yes, you can, if it doesn’t exceed past 1:00 am. There is additional fee for each additional hour. For Rhapsody there is an additional $350 per hour. For Concerto there is an additional $200 per hour.

What is included in the room rental?

Tables, banquet chairs, black and white basic linen.

Is there onsite parking?

Yes, we have free onsite parking.

Can we arrive early to decorate?

You have 2 hours prior to your event for set-up.

Do you have A/V equipment available for rent?

Yes, we have A/V equipment, 75 inch television and microphones.
